Customer may need a replacement main breaker for their panelboard interior.
Resolution:
Current HCM1464-4M panelboards use an LAP36400MB, vertically mounted main breaker. From 1986-2003, however, this panelboard interior used LA36400 (equipped with an I-line jaw on the line side) as a vertically mounted main breaker.
