How does the date code on the NQOD, NQ, NF, and I line panels work?

Date code on the NQOD, NQ, NF, and I line panels

Product Line:
PTFDS - FD Enclosure Systems

Environment:
Circuit breaker panelboards sold and supported in the USA.

Cause:
Determination of date code on circuit breaker panelboards.

Resolution:
The interior, box and trim will have individual date codes. It will be a 5 digit number located on the blue deadfront label under the Square D logo..

Digits 1-2 = Year.
Digits 2-3 = Week.
Digit 5 = Day of the Week.

For example date code 97171 is 17th week of 1997 on a Monday.
