Can an EZM ring type meter socket without bypass be field converted to a ring type with test block bypass?

No. Each EZM catalog number is UL listed and labeled to be configured as built and cannot be modified. Also, the EZM meter socket would not have the appropriate cabinet design to be converted to an EZMT. Per UL, one type of unit cannot be converted into another type.
