Are the Powerpact two device solution breakers with M38X suffixes UL listed?

Resolution:
Even though Powerpact motor circuit protectors with suffix M38X have thermal and short circuit protection, they are not UL 489 listed.
They are listed per UL 60947-4-1A and CSA C22.2 NO 60947-4-1-07. See attached certificate and attached faceplate label.
