Can an R Frame Main Breaker in an HCP/HCRU I-Line Panelboard be Top Mounted?

Can an R or P Frame Powerpact main breaker in an HCP/HCRU I-Line panelboard be top mounted?

Resolution:
Top mounting is not an option for the R Frame. Heat rise specifications limit where the R frames can be mounted in an enclosure. The factory will always install them in the lowest location in the panelboard. However, the P frame can be top mounted with no issues
