Can an ELM module be used on a 208 or a 120 V system?

What is the minimum voltage system an ELM module can be applied on?

Resolution:
The ELM150HD and ELM250JD may be applied on systems only between 240 and 600 Vac. The electronics are powered from bus voltage and the voltage must be in this range.
