Can the Unity Quantum Hot Standby IO Scanner be altered online?
Changing the IO Scanner constitutes a configuration change. Configuration changes are not supported between the Primary and Standby controllers and therefore must be done offline and the Quantum Hot Standby can not resync after an offline build changes.
Upgrading from Quantum to M580 Hot Standby would make editing the IO Scanner possible in a bumpless manner as long as it can be accomplished by an offline build change.
