Issue
Need to distribute a custom library to other installations of Unity Pro / Control Expert.

Resolution
Expand the custom library folder and from there you can right-click on the individual family folders and select Create Installable Family.
Steps to Create a Custom Library within your installation of Unity Pro / Control Expert:
1\ Open a project that has User-created Derived FB Types (i.e. Function Blocks either created in the project by the programmer or imported via .XDB file).
2\ Go to Tools > Types Library Manager
3\ Expand the "<Libset Vxx.x>" node
4\ Right-click the "Custom Lib" folder and choose "Create New Family"
5\ Name the folder as desired. I chose "My Custom FB blocks" in the screenshot below.
This folder lives inside the installation of Control Expert on the computer you are working on.
6\ Once you are satisfied with the creation of a folder, click [Close] to exit the Types Library Manager window
7\ Go back to the Project Browser dockable window and expand the Derived FB Types node with the [+] symbol to the left of the node to expose the Function Block.
8\ Right-click on the name of the FB to bring up the context menu
9\ Choose "Put in Library"
10\ A popup named "Copy type to library" will appear. In the "Select a Family:" box, choose a folder to save the library into.
11\ Hit [OK]
The result is that The DFB will now be added to the folder in the Types Library Manager:
Steps on how to share this Library with others:
1\ Click on Tools > Types Library Manager to open the window containing the Custom folder once again.
2\ Right-click on the folder you wish to export and choose "Create Installable Family"
3\ Enter the path you wish to put the Library into:
If you wish to include sub-types, use the checkbox to do so.
4\ Hit [OK]
Result: The files will be generated in the folder chosen:
This folder can be moved to a different computer and installed using the "Types Library Update" tool installed as part of the full Control Expert installation.
To Install the Custom Library to a Different Computer:
1\ Close all instances of Unity Pro / Control Expert.
2\ Go to the Start Bar and find the "Types Library Update" tool.
Or find the shortcut located here:
3\ Enter the path of where you moved the folder in the new computer.
4\ Click on [Install Family]
Result: The Custom Library will be installed on the PC:
