Resolution:

There is no direct answer to this. We do not have any replacement parts for it anymore. Here are the options for the customer:

If the QMB panel board was built before 1961, there is no viable replacement.

If the QMB panel board was after 1961, but before 1984, a QMB324 Series D2, QMB switch might be a suitable replacement.

The QMB324 requires 9" of panel mounting space and may require a QMB320EX Plug-On Extension Assembly if the existing panel is a 38" wide QW panel board or a free-standing switchboard.
