Issue:

The bonding strap does not come installed with the panelboard.

Resolution:

All RTI NQ panelboard part numbers on the digest catalog come with bonding strap as standard.

If the factory-assembled panel is not selected to be service entrance rated, the bonding strap will not be included.

The plant never installs a bonding strap. It is always shipped loose for the customer to install.
