Q: Windows 10 Device Manager doesn't recognize the USB cable after Windows Upgrade

Issue The serial adapter TSXCUSB485/ TSXCUSB232 isn't recognize by Device Manager of Windows 10 after Windows Upgrade and customers couldn't connect to the PLCs using these adapters, Windows reports a "Windows cannot start Device Driver - Code 39". This issue also could happen with the PLCs that use the Mini-B USB cable. Resolution
