Normal wear and tear leading to a damaged front display.

Resolution
This kit is normally dedicated to the Quality Information IQ040421 for Sepam series 20 & series 40 with serial number lower than 0211000. Outside the scope of the quality information, this front panel kit can be used to replace damaged Sepam series 20 or series 40 front panel (scratch, stain, mark or sporadic failure...)
This kit is full compatible with Sepam series 20 & series 40 with serial number lower than 0440000. It is also compatible with Sepam series 20 & series 40 with serial number higher than 0440000 but in this case front face will not be the same : From serial number 0440000, the Sepam series 20 & series 40 are fitted with the new front face (only 1 plastic part instead of 2 plastic parts).
