For GOOSE publishing there isn't a maximum limit. Only the limit to 100% has to be respected.
For GOOSE receive messages there are a maximum of 40 GOOSE subscriptions for each IED/ ICD file.
For each Sepam there are 31 GOOSE receive messages when using the SFT 2841 to program.
