The derating tables are shown in the catalog sections and in the pricing guides.

Switchgear must be derated for altitudes above 3300 feet or 1000 meters. The Table is per ANSI C37.40.2.3

The BIL, interrupting current and continuous current must be lowered.

If required, a device with the next higher rating must be ordered.
