ATV32 drive has a blank display and will not power up.
Resolution:
If the ATV32 display is blank, perform the following troubleshooting checks:

Verify the input line voltage at terminals L1, L2, and L3 to confirm that power is reaching the drive.

Measure the DC bus voltage between terminals PA and PC (if applicable).

The expected DC bus voltage is approximately: Line voltage times Square root of 2
DC Bus Voltage = AC Line Voltage × 1.414

Check the internal power supplies:
- +10 VDC
- +24 VDC

Remove all control wiring from the drive to ensure that an external device is not loading down or shorting the internal power supplies.
How to Interpret the Results

Input line voltage is present, but there is no DC bus voltage:
This condition typically indicates an internal drive failure, such as a problem in the rectifier or power section.

Input line voltage and DC bus voltage are both present, but either the +10 VDC or +24 VDC supply is missing:
This is an indication of an internal drive fault. The drive may require repair or replacement.

The control voltages return to normal after removing the control wiring:
An external device or wiring issue may be causing the internal power supply to collapse. Inspect the connected control circuitry before reconnecting the wiring.
If all checks have been completed and the display remains blank, the drive is likely damaged and needs to be replaced.
