Issue:
EcoStruxure Opeartor Terminal Expert's dialog boxes are all blank. No text appears in the Windows and the software is unusable.

Resolution:
When running EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert V3.1 in a Virtual Machine, it may be possible that the hardware acceleration for the video card is enabled by default. This particular setting will cause the dialog boxes in EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert to appear blank. To resolve this issue, we must disable the hardware acceleration.

Please import the attached Registry file to disable the hardware acceleration in Windows.
