Issue:
The analog input signal do not match what is being sent.

Environment:
All models, all serial numbers

Cause:
The AI1 input is a bipolar input.  If AI1 negative is not referenced to common the drive is looking for a range of 20 V dc ( +10 to  - 10).

Resolution:
Verify the factory installed jumper between AI1- and common terminals is installed.
