What would cause the message: "Error in licensing subsystem. Vijeo Frame error load 0x0000000E" when I try to launch Vijeo Designer?

This error means that the Vijeo Designer license file is corrupted. The only way to resolve this issue is to:

1 - uninstall Vijeo Designer

2 - For Vijeo Designer v6.1, Delete file 6G9JCFEW.ocx from C:\Windows directory.
For Vijeo Designer v6.2, Delete file LC9GCN9J.ocx from C:\Windows directory.

3 - Reinstall Vijeo Designer and input the reference/serial number.
