If you disconnect the Ethernet cable from an BMENOP0300 module that is configured as an IEC61850 Client, it could take about
30 seconds for the freshness bit to change.
The reason for the behavior is due to freshness bit being linked to the TCP/IP connection state. The freshness bit indicates if the data is
not fresh or is fresh.
When the TCP/IP client connection is broken, The BMENOP0300 module is designed to go through 3 retransmission attempts to try
and re-establish the communications (This is a typical behavior for TCP/IP communications.)
The retry process for the BMENOP0300 takes 30 seconds to complete. After 30 seconds, the TCP/IP connection will get closed and reset.
When this occurs, the state of the TCP/IP connection is changed and the freshness bit gets updated.
If the IEC61850 server tries to open a TCP/IP new connection during the retry process, the BMENOP0300 module will wait until the retry
process is completed before responding to the new TCP/IP connection.
