Can we still get replacement parts for the Altistart ATS23 starter?

Issue:
Customer is looking for repair or replacement parts for an ATS23 (Altistart 3) softstart.

Resolution:

No. Product is obsolete.  The ATS23/ATS3 softstart has been obsolete since 1997.  Parts are no longer available. The ATS23 was replaced by the ATS46 which was then replaced by the ATS48 family of softstarts. The Altivar 480 or ATS480 is current product.
