Issue
EcoStruxure Power Operation 2021: Deployment server not able to detect deployment client, even in same machine

The Deployment client computer is always OFFLINE

Environment
EcoStruxure Power Operation (EPO) 2021

Cause
The issue identified with the dll’s supplied for EPO v2021 installer released in August 2021.

Resolution
This issue has been fixed with EPO 2021 installer re-released in 4^th November 2021, hence recommend downloading latest version of EPO 2021 available at the Exchange Community Link and install the same.
Note: It is always recommended to install latest cumulative updates supplied in the exchange community.
