Are the Class 9991 Types SCW20, SDW20, SCW21, SDW21 supplied with control station knockouts?

Are knockouts provided in the Class 9991 Types SCW20, SDW20, SCW21, SDW21 enclosures?

Environment:
9991 NEMA 3R, 4, 4X, and 12 Enclosures

Resolution:
These enclosures are provided without knockouts or closing plates. Cover mounted control stations are available by adding the appropriate factory modification such as Form A for start/stop or Form C for Hand-Off-Auto. Please note that it is not acceptable to field cut or drill holes in these enclosures as it will destroy the integrity of the enclosure.
