Why does my Uni-telway connection fail to connect after installing Vijeo Designer V6.2 SP8?

Issue: The communication between a Magelis HMI and Premium PLC via the Uni-Teleway protocol fails to connect.

Product Line: Vijeo Designer V6.2 SP8 only

Resolution: A software bug in Vijeo Designer V6.2 SP8 caused the Uni-Telway driver to fail to connect a PLC. A hotfix has been released to resolve this issue. Please download the below hotfix.

NOTE: The latest service pack for Vijeo Designer 6.2 is currently SP12. If you would like to upgrade to SP12, please find more information here below:
