BACnet protocol is not a standard protocol with PowerLogic and ION meters.
Standard protocols include ION, Modbus TCP/IP, DNP 3.0.

The EM3560, Branch Circuit Power Meter Type E (BCPME), iEM3000 Series (iEM3165, iEM3265, iEM3365, iEM3465, iEM35654) and EM4800 series (with firmware V1.46 Build 1105) are the only meters that natively supports the BACnet protocol.

As of May 2016, PM5500 meters can support BACnet IP protocol with firmware V2.3.0 or higher.
As of June 2017, PM5340 meters can support BACnet IP protocol with firmware V2.1.0 or higher.

All other ION and PowerLogic meters do not and would require a 3rd party Modbus to BACnet converter to be used on a BACnet system.
