Goals and Symptoms

Power Fail Error (Power Fail Data lost)
A Power Fail Error occurs after switching on the drive.
( failure: 5446 )

Causes and Fixes

Analysis: This problem occurs only, if a Eeprom write command is just active, when the power fail case is activated. This can happen when e.g. the fault history is just written to the Eeprom.

Possible use case: Switching off a drive by switching off the mains while amplifier is active
What happens: a fault is created (undervoltage) and the drive starts to store the error history in the Eeprom just when the 24V undervoltage situation occurs !

This problem occurs on all drives with the follwoing official versions:

LXM32C V01.04.04
LXM32A V01.04.04
LXM32/M V01.02.04
With older versions, there is no problem.

The problem is fixed with the following versions:
LXM32C V01.06.05
LXM32A V01.06.05
LXM32/M V01.04.05
