Issue
User is observing very high CPU usage from the FrameworkService

Product Line
Power Monitoring Expert 8.0

Environment
Windows Task Manager

Resolution
*Warning: Take backups of any files prior to modifying them. Ensure the backups are in a location that will not be overwritten (i.e. the Desktop).

1) Download the zip file attached to this article
2) Backup the files listed at the bottom of this email
3) Stop all of the Power Monitoring Expert Services  (They start with ION and ApplicationModules)
4) Replace the dll's with the attached ones in the corresponding locations of the Power Monitoring Expert Installation (Application Server).
5) Restart the services.
