Resolution
EcoStruxure Machine Expert v1.2 or v2.0 are installed with a dedicated Installer Tool called the "Schneider Electric Software Installer" tool.
Go to the Machine Expert Webpage here:

Click on the blue [Download installation file] button to download the installer tool.
Run it, and follow the instructions to choose the version of the software you wish to install.
