Issue:
Unable to find any function to upload an application from an HMI running the EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert V3.1.

Resolution:
In the current version of EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert V3.1 SP1, there is no functionality to allow a user to upload an application from the HMI to be used on your PC to make edits or changes. Please be sure to backup your source file after your commissioning is complete.
