HMI-It is called as Human Machine Interface.
It is a device or software that allows its user to communicate with AHF ,By translating a huge amount of complex data into accessible information.
We could see this kind of issue In our customer places, especially, where we have parallel installation.
If the CAT5 cables between HMI and the Control board doesn’t have proper connect, this kind of issue can happen.
Check whether HMI cable is plugged  properly, in both HMI side and Control board side, if it is good, but still problem exist, then need to check and replace with new RJ45 cable. Even after replacing RJ45 still problem exist, then there might be issue with HMI. Replace with new HMI and check. In addition, you can re-load firmware again to Both HMI & Control board. If still problem exist, final option would be only replacing Control board.
The Triangles in the HMI indicates that the HMI has not getting any data or invalid data from the Control Board. Lost Communication
