How to resolve a BMENOC0301 port 3 lock up
Issue
Port 3 of the BMENOC03x1 can lock up after disconnecting and reconnecting the RJ45 Ethernet cable 2 times.  Although the port appears to be active where the Port LED's are ON, in the NOC DDT, the Port Status LED is OFF and the Service is also OFF.

This issue occurs when both the Service Port and Port 2 of the NOC are disabled.

Resolution
This issue is resolved by installing BMENOC03x1 firmware versions 2.14 or higher.
