The goal of this article is to explain how to enable the diagnostic information mode in Vijeo Design'Air.

The 'Show diagnostic information' function has been implemented to help the support team to investigate the customer case.

The article is applicable for Vijeo Design' Air v1.10.2 or more

To display the additional information, please reach the Vijeo Design' Air settings menu then enable the 'Show diagnostic information' mode :



- Without any diagnostic information mode :

- With diagnostic information mode :



User needs to take a screenshot to save the additional information.
