Why will not ATV630 master/slave configured drives not start?

Issue:
Customer has 2 or more ATV630 drives in master/slave configuration that will not start when the run command is issued.
Product Line:
ATV630 series drives.
Environment:
Master/Slave funtion active.
Cause:
Run command sequence incorrect.
Resolution:
On the ATV630 drives configured for master/slave configuration, it is necessary that the run command be present on all slave devices before arun command is issued to the master drive. If a run command is issued to the master drive before all slave devices have a command the drives will not start.
