 Cannot get the Relay and Analog Output to work properly

Cause:
n/a

Resolution:
First check all the relay and analog output settings in menu 5.11.
Go to 5.12 ( Error/Warning handling) and scroll down to Output Phase loss- if you want to turn off the Output Phase Loss, set to Function Inactive ( DO NOT SET to No Error Triggered).
