What can cause CRF [Precharge Capacitor] fault on an ATV340 series drive?

Customer is experiencing CRF fault on his ATV340 series drive.

Product Line:

All ATV340

Charging circuit control detected error or charging resistor damaged.

 Turn off the drive, wait for the display to turn off, then wait 15 more seconds and turn on again.
 Verify the internal connections.
 Contact your local Schneider Electric representative
