Resolution:
There is no restriction about using welding cable type.
But you have to pay attention to EMC rule, and the limit voltage of cable (welding cable is usually limited to 600V).
In your case, and for the ATV630 the input voltage of drive is between 380...480 V.
And the output voltage of the drive is between 380x1.414 (538V) and 480x1.414 (679V).
If the input voltage is greater than 425V, the output voltage will be higher than the recommended voltage of the cable.

If all requirement are respected, you can use the welding cable.
