Job Description

Mission

 

Support the Digital Buildings Systems perimeter to become best in class from Selling to successful Execution of systems organisation for Lifescience projects in Europe & France. Providing excellent working knowledge for Environment Monitoring Systems towards the SE teams & clients in order to provide Selling & Tendering support, supporting Client visits, supporting execution plan / set up / risk assessment, from design & project closure. Develop, implement / deploy and maintain Global rules, methodoligies, processes and tools for technical, operational and commercial areas. Working hands on with Sales, Tender Management, Support functions and Execution teams to become a trusted advisor to enforce a high performance systems culture. Documentation and validation for EMS systems is a key focus area.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Ensures bid assessment in terms of requirements, standard execution set up, risks and opportunities.
  • Accountable for all customer projects performance in execution for the region. Monitors & maintains overview status of all projects, attending & driving with the teams kick off, project review and REL meetints. Pivot for client in terms of escalation and to manage communication internally & externally.
  • Responsible for ensuring aligned execution approach, Engineering Standards and documentation etc across the region.
  • Ensures consistent customer experience across all projects in the region.
  • Ensures knowledge transfer / lessons learnt of execution issues to local customer & SE teams

 

 

 

 

 

Skills and attributes:

 

  • Strong communication skills to drive high performance and collaborate effectivelly with diverse stakeholders                                                                                                                        
  • Strong analytical skills to handle complex matters in a synthetic way                                                  
  • Proven leadership skills to act as trusted advisor toward different management levels       
  • Travel required
  • Good Experience and strong knowledge in Building Management.

  •  

    Experience in a Multi-cultural team environment is a plus.

Education

  • Strong knowledge of Electrical Industry, EPC and customer base in Lifescience segment will be preferred.
