Job Description

What you will do:

  • Lead strategic account development for Schneider Electric’s Power Systems solutions across semiconductor, transport, commercial buildings, and EPC segments.
  • Manage and grow relationships with both end users and partners, ensuring alignment with their business goals and Schneider Electric’s value proposition.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer pain points and delivering tailored Power Systems solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, execution) and external partners to drive project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to shape account strategies and maximize growth potential.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a strong focus on Power Systems or related.
  • Proven track record in managing both direct customer relationships and partner/channel engagements.
  • Deep understanding of medium and low voltage distribution systems, energy efficiency, and digital power solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking capabilities.
