Commercial Operations Specialist
Job Description
What will you do?
- 'As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, you will support the Power Products sales organization by managing key commercial processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence. Your work will directly contribute to improved sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- 'Sales Operations Support: Provide tools, processes, and data insights to enhance sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely gathering of distributor performance data (sell-out, inventory) for analysis by the Channel team.
- Sales Coordination: Monitor and support sell-in targets and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Liaison:
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Center (CCC) to validate invoices and resolve related issues.
- Coordinate with Logistics for inbound/outbound tracking and case resolution.
- Work with the Pricing team on CPQ, pricing validity, and related cases.
- Liaise with Order Management (OM) for delivery-related matters.
- Planning & Forecasting: Support SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) and RF (Rolling Forecast) processes to ensure accurate demand planning.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- 'Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, sales support, or business process coordination—preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is required. A Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across departments.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
