**Job Description for Unify Project Transformation Leader**

Position Open for Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurgaon

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Project Management professional to lead a strategic internal digital transformation initiative aimed at consolidating all ERP systems, project management tools, process flows, and governance frameworks into a unified global application. This role demands deep expertise in project management processes, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and digital strategy execution.

 

The candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of the Order to Cash (O2C) process including a fundamental grasp of all processes and workflows involved, starting from bid preparation and execution, with a particular focus on revenue recognition processes, credit controlling, P&L management, as well as Internal (IG) and External (OG) flows wrt to supplier.

The candidate must be familiar with review and reporting mechanisms and project closure formalities. Familiarity with Schneider Electric plants and entities will be an added advantage.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.E. from a reputed institute or equivalent.
  • Certifications: PMP (PMI) or equivalent is an advantage, Certification in Digital Strategy, Certification in strategies and transformation are also preferred.
  • Experience: 15 -20 years in project management environment, including large-scale transformation and tool deployment/ Or tool Management.
  • Tools Proficiency: Experience with SAP, SGV, JIRA, and Power BI is required. Working knowledge of the PS and MM modules in SAP will be beneficial.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication abilities, excellent presentation skills and strong negotiation skills

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Project Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of a global digital integration project.
  • Align project goals with business needs across multiple geographies and business units.
  • Candidate should able to Strategize, Transform, Empower & Perform to drive transformation.

 

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Facilitate collaboration across Sales, PMO, Finance, HR, Governance, Procurement, Logistics, and IT functions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of existing tools, ERPs, and workflows into a single application.

 

Application Development & Customization

  • Work closely with internal IT and external vendors to customize the application to meet business requirements.
  • Define and validate functional specifications, process maps, and governance models.

 

Governance & Compliance

  • Fully aware of Schneider CPP processes/frame work in detail and preferably should have managed/exposed to CPP related activities.
  • Fully aware of selling, execution & REL governance having good knowledge of tools like BFO, SGV Etc.

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with senior leadership, regional heads, and functional managers to align expectations and drive adoption.
  • Manage change communication and programs to ensure smooth transition.

 

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Indebt knowledge of key project business KPI, portfolio management, dashboards for project progress, ROCI.
  • Understand importance of periodic reviews, lessons learned sessions, and continuous improvement planning and its importance in overall unify integration
  • Able to deliver on Performance Metrics: Integration Success Rate, Stakeholder Satisfaction & Adoption, Compliance & Audit Readiness, Project Timelines & Budget Adherence, Global Standardization of Processes=
