Job Description

What will you do?

  • As a Data & Analytics Intern in the Talent Development team, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making around professional development and training programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources related to learning and development initiatives.
    • Creating dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to visualize key metrics and trends.
    • Identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement in talent programs through data-driven insights.
    • Supporting the automation of reporting processes and contributing to data governance efforts.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
    • Presenting findings in a clear, professional manner to stakeholders across the region.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience or academic background in programming languages such as C++, SQL, Python.
    • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and compelling way.
    • High level of initiative, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for learning, data, and making a meaningful impact through insights.

  • You will report directly to the Talent Development Partner for Mexico & Central America, working closely with HR stakeholders and regional teams. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-impact environment where your contributions will be valued and your growth supported.
