Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a HR intern in our plant in Apodaca, Mty.

Responsabilities:

  • Identifying critical HR metrics.
  • Adjusting HR strategies to respond to changing business needs.
  • Support HRBP of business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Works closely with management supervisors and hourly employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
  • Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes and results.

 This job might be for you if:

  • Active bachelor students from 7th semester and up related to the HR area: Administration, Psychology, IIA, International Busines, Communication, Public Relations.
  • Min 1 year left to finish school. (MUST)
  • English Level Advanced (MUST)
  • Strategic mindset: anticipate future trends and implications accurately.
  • Energized when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty; deals constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.
  • Personal commitment to and takes action to continuously improve and lean; accepts assignments that broaden capabilities.
  • Proactive and with strong communication skills.
  • Open to learn  
  • 100% on site - Plant 1: Monterrey 3, 100 Escobedo Blvd.
  • From 8 am to 3 pm.
