Location and general conditions:

 

  • Paid internship, min. 30 hours per week, mandate contract,
  • Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska Street),
  • hybrid model (2 times / week from the office)
  • hiring manager – Emilia Falkowska 

Your IMPACT:

  • Be first point of contact for Schneider’s Electric employees when it comes to HR questions and issues, manage employees’ cases 
  • Communicate with employees (phone, chat, self-service) and process their requests in systems 
  • Communicate with stakeholders, experts to solve queries 
  • Research required information using available resources and business acumen to provide employee with the solution 
  • Constantly learn and use new knowledge to delight customers 
  • Identify improvement areas 

 

 

Your Profile:

  • Fluent French and English, with very good level of written and oral communication

  • Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage (nice to have)

  • Experience in Customer Care or Shared Services Center (nice to have)

  • Problem solving attitude

  • Influence and convince skills

  • Passion about customer care

  • Ability to work under time pressure

  • Team-working skills and change-agent personality

  • Pro-active attitude and innovation spirit

 

 

Languages: 

 

  • English & French – fluent (verbal and written), 

 

Please consider that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: “Karta Pobytu” TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.
