Job Description

 

What do you get to do in this position?

 

Support to Project Management: You will be responsible for managing supplier samples for open projects, , reviewing price, lead time and coordinate with internal and external teams including suppliers or other Schneider facilities. 

💡MRBR Resolution: Provide support with blocked invoices to get payment on time and avoid credit hold and work on different activities related to the overall supplier spend for the plant.

💰 Price Update Processing: Process price update requests to ensure our data reflects market realities and maintains competitiveness.

🤝 Supplier Collaboration: Conduct Requests for Quotation (RFQ) with suppliers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring the best quality and prices for our organization.

🌐 Supplier Connection: Facilitate the connection of suppliers to the master portal (SSP-SRM), enhancing communication and collaboration in our supply chain.

📦 Category Operations Support: Provide support in specific categories such as fasteners, packaging, stamping, plastics, machining ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
