Job Description

What will you do?

  • Responsible of managing Procurement Operation support tasks for Americas Procurement Teams.
  • Track KPI's and deliver reports to peers as assigned.
  • Gather needed information to start RFQ projects in platforms or different teams internally in a timely manner.
  • Execute comprehensive RFQ process and support functional users in a timely manner.
  • Identify and develop supply sources to secure savings in compliance with the qualification processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for the contract management process with the category teams.
  • Follow up with suppliers in regards of questions/roadblocks via Mail and/or Phone.
  • Interact frequently with the Procurement Teams including Buyers, Managers, Category & Region Directors
  • Contribute to automation and continuous improvement goals in Global Procurement Services team by detecting opportunities in our different processes

Who will you report to?

  • You will report directlry to the Source to Contract (S2C) NAM Hub leader and will be in continous communication with category teams

 

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • English: Advanced (Oral and Written)
  • Understanding of Purchasing or Supply Chain processes
  • Able to work independently, work well under pressure, be flexible and comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Objective oriented
  • Comfortable with a variety of IT systems and applications, be a fast learner and analytical
  • Basic/Medium Excel skills
  • Customer Service oriented
