Job Description

In Schneider Electric we are looking for a Quality Engineer for our Queretaro Plant.

 

The Quality Engeer will ensure product and process quality within the plant, guaranteeing customer satisfaction through continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D.
  • Lead containment actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document and update industrial processes.
  • Participate in internal, customer, and third-party audits.
  • Review and maintain preventive tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
  • Interact with customers to understand their expectations and needs.
  • Escalate deviations to other Schneider Electric plants when necessary.
  • Collaborate in the digitalization and simplification of documentation systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in industrial plants and process leadership.
  • Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
  • Minitab knowledge
