Job description

1. Set up Sales Strategy, Generation of Orders and Sales

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for electrical switchboard products
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management, tracking sales performance and market conditions

2. Customer Management & Relationship Building

  • Proven experience working with EPCs, utilities, data centers, oil & gas, and industrial customers
  • Ability to establish long-term partnerships with key clients and communicate effectively with C-level executives
  • Strong coordination skills to collaborate with technical and project teams for tailored solutions
  • Provide technical assistance to customers regarding product selection, installation, and troubleshooting.  

   

3. Market & Industry Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of the Korean and global power markets, including industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of electrical switchboard products, including specifications, applications, and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with digitalization in Power Systems (Eco-Struxure, SCADA, Digital Substation) and sustainability solutions

     

4. Quotation & Contract Negotiation Skills

  • Hands-on experience in tendering, bidding, and contracting processes for large-scale projects
  • Ability to review technical specifications and propose optimized pricing and technical solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills, balancing profitability and risk management in contract discussions

    

5. Internal Collaboration & Execution Capability

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, project execution, and service teams
  • Strong leadership in driving the end-to-end sales process for power system projects

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of MV/LV Power Products/systems (Switchgear, Transformers, and etc)
  • Experience in selling power infrastructure and distribution solutions to EPCs, utilities, and large industrial customers
  • Expertise in complex solution sales and customized proposals for client needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Min. 5~10 years sales experience in the electrical or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical switchboards, their applications, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
  • Growth mindset, highly motivated, determined, and target driven.
