Job Description

Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Kronos Application Lead in Carrollton, TX.

 

Job Description: Provide comprehensive configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support for the Kronos Workforce Central and UKG Pro WFM applications. Collaborate with business users and the vendor team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes by identifying potential enhancements and aligning them with business needs. Work with stakeholders to develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Kronos functionality to improve consistency and efficiency across the organization. Develop functional specifications for Kronos configuration changes, and coordinate testing for new functionalities. Create and execute SQL queries against Oracle/MS SQL databases to troubleshoot issues, develop metrics, and generate ad-hoc reports. Design, implement, and maintain batch scripts and control flow processes to automate operational procedures. Configure and provide support for Kronos In-Touch and In-touch DX clocks, ensuring their accurate and efficient operation. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UKG (Kronos) related inquiries, providing business users with expert advice on system software and applications. Eligible for 100% remote work, reporting to company worksite in Carrolton, TX.

 

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or related field and 10 years of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in Kronos deployment, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills:

Kronos deployments, service pack installations, patch upgrades, clock configurations and troubleshooting; Workforce Central (WFC), Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), and Kronos Clocks for design, configuration, troubleshooting, and support; Configuration and maintenance of Kronos Time and Attendance modules; and Managing Kronos integrations with other systems like SAP, Oracle.
