Areas of Responsibility- |

1. Preparation & Implementation of Business Cases/ Action: a) Support in evaluation, identification and preparation of Business Cases for different segments on the market potential, competition, SEI’s prospects, etc. which includes Information collection & analysis, Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Action Plans, Execution b) Support in controlling and helping in deployment of Business Action Plans to ensure long term accelerated Profitable Growth and Leadership Position |

2. Contribute to Country’s Solution Based Strategy: Support in deployment & building excellence in Country’s Solution approach based strategy by providing inputs to IMC for decision making, providing basic infrastructure in terms of processes, dashboard, functional responsibilities to the sales team |

3. Team Management: Guide & develop the junior members of the team |
|
|
|
4. Strategic Programs: |
|
|
|
5. Contribute to Business Development Activities: Support in providing inputs to team/contribution to Business Development activities and initiatives like B1, Target Selling, i12 initiative |

REQUIREMENTS:

Education | Engineering + Business School Graduate |
Job Related Experience | 7 – 10 Years Required: Candidates with strong understanding of SE businesses, exposure to Planning/ Strategy development (growth strategy, entry strategy), Strategy implementation, Preferred: Profitability improvement experience |
Business Understanding | Strong analytical capabilities. understand market dynamics |
Others: (e.g.: Language skills, Technical skills | Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Ability to excel in transversal role, Lead & Implement new initiatives |
