Job Description

As a Tendering Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the technical sales process by helping to shape customer proposals and offers. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, collaborate across teams, and contribute to innovative energy solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in tendering activities, technical analysis, and customer engagement, while working in an inclusive environment that values curiosity, initiative, and teamwork.


What will you do?

  • Support the offer creation process in collaboration with sales teams, focusing on solutions such as
  • Switchboard of the Future, Selectivity Studies, and KNX.
  • Assist with ad hoc project needs, including documentation follow-up and coordination.
  • Apply product and solution knowledge to help meet customer requirements.
  • Contribute to lead generation by identifying customer needs and proposing value-added solutions.
  • Participate in the full sales cycle, from initial demand to project completion.
  • Analyze customer requests and assist in preparing technical proposals.
  • Help prepare budgets and technical specifications for proposed equipment.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to support project success.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • You have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • You are comfortable using MS Office tools and learning new digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with SAP (sales module) is a plus, but not required.
  • You enjoy working in teams and are open to learning from others.
  • You are proactive, curious, and eager to contribute to process improvements.
  • You value inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous development.
