Job Description

Are you passionate about driving impactful change within a dynamic business environment? As a Business Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills to uncover valuable insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead strategic initiatives that move our business forward.

You will take ownership of new business insight needs, supported by experienced colleagues, using Tableau to create user-friendly dashboards and performing SQL-based backend tasks.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with business stakeholders to clarify their needs
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data
  • Design dashboards in close collaboration with stakeholders to serve business needs
  • Collaborate with the Europe DDH team to continuously improve BI models in Intel DS (Europe BI Datamart)
  • Support the extended Tableau development team with ETL tasks using Informatica and AWS Glue
  • Lead initiatives from demand description to finalized dashboards that deliver actionable insights
  • Education: Relevant Master’s degree
  • Experience: 1–2 years (internship or apprenticeship) working with Tableau and analytics
  • Tool proficiency:
    • SQL – Excellent
    • Tableau or similar – Intermediate
    • MS Office Suite – Intermediate
  • Languages: Fluent English
  • Personal skills:
    • Strong communicator – able to simplify complex topics for all levels of the organization
    • Curious, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
